Jean Georges Vongerichten is one of the most awarded and famous chefs of our time, with multiple James Beard awards to his name, and Two Michelin Stars for his flagship restaurant, Jean Georges. Highly experienced in traditional French cooking, Vongerichten spent many years in Asia, embracing Asian cuisine, which he seeks to infuse into his cooking still today. Jean Georges seeks to move away from heavy sauces and rather uses many light broths and vegetable juices in his cooking.
Located in Trump International Hotel and Tower, Jean Georges offers striking floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. Patrons who dine for dinner at Jean Georges can choose between a Prix Fixe Menu, Jean George’s Menu, or an ever-changing Seasonal Menu. The Prix Fixe Menu allows guests to choose three dishes from an array of options such as multiple Caviar Creations, Sea Urchin, Yellowfin Tuna, Parsnip Soup, Sesame Crab Toast, Black Bass, and Arctic Char, to name only a few. The Jean Georges menu features an assortment of signature dishes by Jean Georges that showcase his ability to blend French, American, and Asian Influences. Guests can expect to start their dining experience with the Egg Caviar that Jean Georges is well known for, and will continue the journey with Diver Scallops, Garlic Soup, Turbot, Lobster Tartine, Broiled Squab, and finish with Chocolate Honey Roasted Peanut Ice Cream and Caramel. The Seasonal Menu will change based on each season and is well known for featuring seasonally available produce from the local Farmer’s Market. Both the Jean-Georges Menu and the Seasonal Menu offer exquisite wine pairings at an additional cost.

Chef Tony is a 42-year veteran of the food industry and is often known by his peers as “The New Product Guru.” Throughout his illustrious culinary career, he’s earned several notable titles and positions including Acquisition International’s “Most Influential Product Development Expert, U.S.” in 2019.
In 1997, Tony also founded Culinary Systems Inc., a group of culinary consultants that assist with culinary training, restaurant start-ups, concept development, and more.
