McCrady’s offers a Southern dining experience with flair. As one of the only Michelin Star rated restaurants in Charleston, McCrady’s offers guests the opportunity to experience local Southern cuisine, with a bit of the molecular gastronomy and intrigue that Sean Brock is known for. Located in Historic, Downtown Charleston, McCrady’s is unlike traditional restaurants and offers a 22-seat dining room situated around an open kitchen, allowing guests to fully experience the dishes from inception to plating. The smaller number of seats, exposed stone walls, and copper ceilings create a truly intimate dining experience. Rather than a traditional menu, McCrady’s opts for a Tasting Menu option consisting of 13 courses. Diners can expect to be wowed beginning with Barrier Island Oysters, continuing with unique courses such as Carrot Jerky, Hoppin John, Blueberry Elderflower, and finishing up with the creative Buttermint for dessert. Guests can also choose between McCrady’s Traditional or Reserve wine pairings, as well as a Non-Alcoholic Beverage pairing for those who prefer it. McCrady’s also offers a full wine list along with specialty cocktails and beer. McCrady’s is well known for its creative and delicious cocktails such as Seedless Summer, Dead Monk’s Society, Aviation, and Dark & Stormy to name only a few. AAA Five Diamond Award
