Chef Geoffrey Zakarian is widely known and respected in the culinary world as both an acclaimed chef and restaurateur.  In his younger years, Zakarian received a degree in Economics, but it was during a trip to France that he decided to become a chef. He received his first Executive Chef role at 44 in 1990, and has been successful ever since, opening multiple restaurants, and appearing on multiple television shows like “Chopped” and “Iron Chef America.”

Located in New York City, The Lambs Club features a comfortable dining room seating 80 guests and is modeled after old social clubs. With its red leather banquette seating, white linens, chrome light fixtures, and pictures of Broadway and Hollywood stars, The Lambs Club projects an elegant yet retro vibe, while paying homage to Broadway in both aesthetic and through its offerings of post-theater specials. The Lambs Club offers an A La Carte menu with vast offerings to appeal to all guests, ranging from savory and rich to light and vegetarian. Classic fresh Oysters are expertly flavored with a Fennel-Chili Mignonette, seasonal Autumn Salads are made from the freshest ingredients such as Delicata Squash, Kale, Candied Pecans, and Goat Cheese.  Spaghetti Squash Crusted Shrimp is perfectly crisped and accompanied by a nutty Hazelnut oil flavor. With a lot of entrée options, one can expect the decision to be difficult. Guest favorites are the Chatham Cod; accompanied by Rhode Island Calamari, Shrimp, Potatoes, and Tomato Confit. The sauce can be described as “briny”, and the flavors and texture are varied and expertly executed. Other delicious options include Colorado Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon, and Roasted Branzino with a Caper Vinaigrette. Desserts are served family style for two people. Guests can indulge in a rich Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cake with Candied Peanuts and Fudge, or an Apple Tart with a Red Berry Cremeux, or a classic Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Dark Rum Flambe.  An evening at The Lambs Club is one that you will remember, and will leave you planning your next visit.

Tony Lagana

Chef Tony is a 42-year veteran of the food industry and is often known by his peers as “The New Product Guru.” Throughout his illustrious culinary career, he’s earned several notable titles and positions including Acquisition International’s “Most Influential Product Development Expert, U.S.” in 2019.
